The Coulisse waterfall in Trois-Rivieres

at the Coulisse waterfall in Trois-Rivieres.

Hidden in a small green setting, and not very busy because less known than the other waterfalls of Basse-Terre,
this beautiful waterfall will offer you a very pleasant moment of relaxation and so many other surprises …
The site is accessible by 2 places and will allow you to get there with young children :
forest side near the Habitation Duquery, recommended with children, or sea side, more sporty, by the path of the Grande Pointe.
For this ride, we opted for Option 2 going up the riverbed from the sea,
but in full Lent (dry season) so the river was totally dry …

From the waterfall to the seaside, there are waterfalls, natural pools and even natural water slides !
You can see near the waterfall the remains of the water mill of Habitation la Coulisse.

An ideal site for the whole family where it is also possible to picnic thanks to the carbets of the Anse Duquery car park.
Do not hesitate to mix swimming with a visit of the Archeological Park of Engraved Rocks, located nearby.
