You can book your holiday rental by e-mail<\/a>.<\/span>
The option will remain effective during 4 days awaiting the return of the rental agreement by e-mail<\/a>.<\/span><\/span>
Upon receipt of your completed rental agreement respecting its conditions,<\/span>
we will inform you and validate your reservation per e-mail.<\/span>

<\/u>– The completed and signed seasonal rental agreement.<\/span>
If we receive your e-mail incomplete or after the delay of 4 days, your booking will not be maintained.<\/span><\/p>\n
– 30% of the total amount must be paid by transfer on booking.<\/span>
– The balance (70% of the total amount + cost of options if applicable + tourist taxes)<\/span>
will be collected one month before arrival by transfer too. <\/span>
We do not accept payments by credit cards.<\/span><\/p>\n
Less than 3 months from the start of the stay = Total cost \u2013 deposit<\/span>
– Less than 2 months from the start of the stay = 50% of (total cost – deposit)<\/span>
The deposit remains non-refundable in any situation.<\/span>
If Lamateliane will have to cancel your stay, the deposit will be refunded to you<\/span>
up to double those that would have been collected.<\/span><\/p>\n
The Lamateliane g\u00eetes have joined a mediating organization. <\/span>
If a dispute is established between the owner and the tenant, the tenant can, <\/span>
after contacting the owner and in the absence of a satisfactory response<\/span>
or in the absence of a response within 60 days, contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator, including contact details and referral procedures are available on its website: www.mtv.travel<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n
<\/u>A deposit of 300 euros (in cash) will be requested on arrival against receipt.<\/span>
It will be returned to you when you leave except in case of damage due to non-compliance of equipment<\/span>
(furniture, dishes, appliances, improper use of air conditioning, fan, coating the pool …)<\/span>
and\/or if the house was not returned perfectly cleaned. Refer to the instructions of the “CGR Lamateliane”.<\/span><\/p>\n
